Delete in the app
OpenYol users can request account deletion from the mobile app by opening Profile, then Account data, then Delete account.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@openyol.com. Include your registered phone number and write that you want to delete your OpenYol account.
Do not send your password. OpenYol support may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
What deletion covers
Account deletion removes the active mobile account and associated driver/vehicle profile records handled by the app. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or records where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
