User responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, driver, vehicle, and load information.
- Use the service lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not upload false, harmful, or unauthorized content.
- Do not try to access accounts, files, or data you are not authorized to use.
Load information
Load details may be provided by shippers or OpenYol operators. Drivers and shippers are responsible for confirming route, cargo, timing, commercial terms, safety, and legal requirements before any transport takes place.
Payments
OpenYol does not process in-app payments, subscriptions, or financial settlement.
Availability
We work to keep OpenYol available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or product changes.
