Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Alovlu Technologies Inc. (“we”), which operates OpenYol: the website openyol.com, the shipper panel and the OpenYol mobile app. By using OpenYol, you accept these terms.
Accounts
Give accurate information and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and companies are responsible for the team members they invite. We may review, approve, suspend or close accounts, for example to verify drivers or when these terms are broken.
Acceptable use
Use OpenYol lawfully. Do not post false loads, offers, documents or identities. Do not upload harmful content, contact users for unrelated purposes, try to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use, or disrupt the service.
OpenYol's role
OpenYol is a platform that connects shippers with carriers and drivers. We are not a carrier, freight forwarder or broker, and we are not a party to agreements between users. Shippers and carriers agree prices and terms directly and are responsible for the transport, cargo, permits, insurance and payment. OpenYol does not process payments.
WhatsApp and SMS messages
When you ask for a verification code, we send it by SMS or WhatsApp. If you opt in, we also send service updates about your loads and bookings on WhatsApp. We do not send marketing messages. You can turn WhatsApp updates off at any time in the app's Account settings or in the shipper panel's notification menu. Your mobile operator's standard charges may apply.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or interrupt the service, for example for maintenance. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
Liability
OpenYol is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Alovlu Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loads, cargo, transport, payments or conduct between users. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of CAD 100 and the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If the consumer protection laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
